Standard Cinema Ticket Prices
Standard cinema ticket prices apply to most films in our programme. Occasionally, we host premium-priced events, and the ticket prices for these will always be clearly listed on our website and social media.
Theatre Shows & Special Evening Pricing
Ticket prices for theatre shows and special events will be set on a per-event basis. We strive to offer the best possible pricing for these events, with all details clearly stated on our website and social media.
Silver Screen Presentations
Experience the timeless magic of cinema with a select film, tea or coffee, and a couple of biscuits in a relaxed daytime setting. Our Silver Screen presentations take place most Tuesday mornings at 11:00. To view upcoming screenings, visit our What's On page and filter results by selecting 'Silver Screening' at the top.
Please arrive early to enjoy your tea and biscuits before the film begins. As we don’t show adverts or trailers at these events, the film will start promptly at 11:00. Standard cinema ticket prices apply, and tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the box office on the day.
Autism-Friendly Screenings
We offer regular Autism-Friendly Screenings with adaptations such as low lighting, soft sound, freedom to move around, hand dryers turned off, and allowance for electronic devices and toys. There are no ads or trailers, and clear signage is provided. All staff on duty are fully trained in Autism Awareness.
To view upcoming Autism-Friendly Screenings, visit our What's On page and select 'Autism-Friendly Screening' at the top to filter the results.
Film Certificates
Please ensure you check the film certificate before your visit. For 15-rated films, no one under 15 will be admitted, even with adult accompaniment. For 18-rated films, no one under 18 will be permitted entry, regardless of adult accompaniment. ID will be required for verification.
If you're unsure about a film's certificate, please visit the BBFC website for more information or contact us for clarification.
Please note, if tickets are purchased for underage children, or if children purchase tickets themselves for an unsuitable film, entry will be denied.
All known certificates are updated on our website when available and are clearly identified both online and at the box office.
Accessibility
Both auditoriums are wheelchair accessible via the ground floor side entrance. Please speak to a member of our box office team, who will assist by opening the entrance and guiding you to your designated auditorium.
Both cinema screens are equipped with audio description facilities. Simply request a pair of headphones at the box office. Most new releases feature an audio description track. If you're looking to watch a specific film, feel free to call ahead, and we'll confirm if an audio description is available.
Both cinema screens also offer subtitling options. To view subtitled screenings, visit our What's On page and select 'Subtitled Screening' at the top. This will filter the listings to show only screenings with subtitles. We schedule at least one subtitled screening per week for every film in our current programme.
Car Parking
We offer a large, free car park for our visitors. To access it, continue driving past the venue on Hall Street, and you'll find the car park at the end of the lane. It includes two electric vehicle charging spaces.
Please note, during busy film screenings and events, the car park may fill up. In these cases, additional on-street parking is available nearby on Station Road. When parking on the street, we kindly ask you to be considerate of our neighbors, especially late at night.
Food & Drink
Our venue features a fantastic shop offering a wide range of affordable snacks. We believe cinema should be an accessible and enjoyable experience, so we keep our prices reasonable to ensure everyone can enjoy a treat.
Our shop is stocked with sweet popcorn, nachos & dip, pick & mix, Sidoli's & Wall's ice cream, a variety of sweets and chocolates, a wide selection of soft drinks, and a range of coffees.
Please note, it is prohibited to bring warm food or alcohol into the venue.
Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing facilities are available. Please follow the signs or ask a member of the team.
